A prerequisite for compensation is that the applicant has suffered “for reasons of race, religion, belief or political opposition, damage to life, body, health, freedom, property, assets, or professional or economic advancement”. 31 December 1959
Neo-Nazi riots in various international locationsSwastikas are graffitied on buildings in Paris, London, Antwerp, and in several cities in the Federal Republic of Germany.
