Safe conduct pass (Sauf-Conduit) for Ernest Morgenroth
Stephan Lackner had lost German citizenship on 25 February 1939 and received in exchange for his invalid passport a safe conduct pass with which he could apply for a visa. But because issuance usually took longer than the validity period of the safe conduct pass, it had to be renewed in the meantime.
